Damon serves individuals and businesses throughout the State of Texas. The focus in his practice is on estate planning. He helps clients on a wide range of legal matters, including probate and estate planning, including wills, trusts, power of attorney, and directives to physicians (Living Wills). Business clients seek counsel on start-up, operations, and litigation.
Damon has practiced before state and federal courts across the country. Most of Damon’s practice is currently in and around the Houston area, including Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, Waller, and Wharton counties. Damon regularly serves clients across Texas.
Damon is a native Houstonian and an enthusiastic sports fan. He enjoys attending Texans and Astros games and the Houston Rodeo with his family. Damon and his wife, Melinda, live in Sugar Land.
